If your resume is suitable, we will reach out to you for further evaluation.
2. Connect with our team
• We will contact you for a brief introduction.
• We'll evaluate your skills and see if you're a good fit for the role.
• Feel free to ask your questions.

If you're a strong candidate, we'll move to the next step of take-home assignment.
3. Take away assignment
Working on the assignment will help you to -
• Understand our expectations for the role.
• Assess if this role aligns with your career goals.
• Prepare for your technical interview.
• Submit your project on time. If you need an extension, let your recruitment manager know.
If your assignment demonstrates your strong technical expertise, we'll invite you for a technical interview.
4. Virtual Interview
4.1 Interview Preparation

• Be prepared to work on a hands-on exercise during the interview
• Be ready to discuss your take-home assignment
Your performance on the hands-on exercise will be a key factor in our evaluation.
4.2 Interview Etiquettes
To ensure a smooth interview experience, please follow these tips:
• Make sure you have the necessary programming language installed on your laptop.
• Join the call on time.
• Set up Zoom on your laptop. Avoid using tablets or mobile phones.
• Choose a quiet environment for a focused interview.
• If you're more comfortable communicating in a regional language, please let our interview panel know.
If you are shortlisted in this round, you'll receive a confirmation email within 5 business days.
5. Onboarding
This will be followed by an offer letter with your joining date and induction details.
