Product team
They are the wizards who use technology to simplify everything. They built and maintain our LMS, websites and internal applications that make our work look easy and cool.
Training team
They are the powerhouse who can explain the most complex technical concepts in a way that even a five year old kid can understand.
Instructional design team
They are experts at breaking down complex concepts into series of easy-to-understand, visually appealing, 5-minute videos. They obsessively refine content until our students understand it easily.
E-learning content team
The E-learning Content Management team work tirelessly to expand our offerings with courses that provide a well-rounded learning experience for students.
Design team
The design team creates a cohesive brand experience across all our platforms, from our websites and LMS to our student community and social media. Our students are a fan of their designs featuring our mascots ‘Elphie and Codie’.
Community team
Our community team manages our student community to foster a sense of belonging within our students. They also engage our contributors' community, a group of working professionals who volunteer their expertise to help us create great learning experiences.
Relationship team
Provide the best user experience to our customers (parents) with updates, reports, reminders and other information. This team builds strong relationships with our learners and parents, providing timely updates, support, and a seamless learning experience.
Support functions
HR: They are dedicated, relentless and uncompromising in finding hardworking and accountable individuals who align with our mission. The put together the organization one hire at a time.
Operations: They handles the day-to-day operations of the organization, such as scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
Finance: They fuel our growth by managing budgets, expenses and investing in our team. They also support our social impact by funding our community initiatives.
