codePannu is looking for a Relationship Manager to manage parent communication, handle course enquiries and coordinate communication between trainers and students.

Monday to Saturday
11 am to 8 pm IST
9 hours per day
Rs 15,000 per month
Location: Remote

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Excellent phone and chat etiquette, patient and detail-oriented
A fundamental understanding of programming concepts to explain to parents.
A proactive enabler who anticipates needs and follows through

Job Description

1. Handle course enquiries for Visual Courses(Below 10 years) and Programming Courses(Above 10 years) with clear explanations to parents
2. Manage end-to-end parent communication to ensure smooth course continuity for students
3. Act as the point of contact between trainers and parents, ensuring timely communication
