Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance management
• Prior experience leading a small team (at least 2 members)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
• Good communication skills, especially in working with auditing firms

Job Description:

• Guide and support a team of two members
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including salaries, vendor payments, and customer receipts
• Manage GST filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditing firms and provide accurate financial data
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports for management decision-making

Job Structure:

• Work from home (remote)
• Full-time role, 9 AM to 6 PM IST
• Monday to Saturday
• Compensation: ₹15,000 per month
