We are looking for a skilled Digital Content Associate (preferably women) who can understand marketing requirements, design impactful visuals using simple tools like Canva and support our online promotions with practical social media strategies. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a specialist or manager position in the future.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Design posters and visual assets for social media campaigns.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and other platforms including posts, reels and stories.
- Research and suggest relevant hashtags to maximise reach.
- Brainstorm and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with our team to keep all content aligned with our brand identity.
- Track social media engagement and share ideas to improve results
Job Details:
- Work Hours: 4 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary: ₹7,000 per month
- Location: Fully remote (work from home)
- Holiday: Sundays
Requirements:
- Any graduate. Design related qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum six months experience.
- Strong skills in Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience in poster design and social media management.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and good visual storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI or Gemini.
- Ability to create content independently based on campaign descriptions.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
